Membership

Women in Real estate network (WiREnet) is an association for women professionals engaged in the Real Estate industry and is registered as a non-profit Society.

This is our exclusive member only platform where you can access all member benefits, connect with women leaders from across the world and share experiences.

WiREnet members are global professionals representing diverse domains of design, development, construction, project management, corporate real estate, cost management, facility management, law, academics, material/ technology manufacturing and supply, engineering, and consulting amongst others. They bring a wealth of domain knowledge and expertise having seen the rise of the sector, its increasing regularization and changes over the last couple of decades. In this group, you will have the opportunity to connect and collaborate with experienced senior leaders in the industry and seek to learn and grow through this experience.

Membership Structure

Working Professionals

Women with minimum 2 years work experience.
Members must belonging to Real Estate and allied industries like: Architecture, Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply, Contracting, Construction, Project Management, Management and other Consulting, Legal affairs, Development, Investments, Property Management, CRE etc.

Corporate (5 members and above)

Every 5 paid memberships will have 1 membership free.
Total of 6 Corporate membership will be provided to individual from 1 single organization.
Corporate membership is non-transferrable.

Notes:

*All Memberships are collected annually and applicable from April to March next year.
*Membership fee paid after 1st July will be prorated quarterly.
*GST as applicable.

Registered Members of the Not for Profit Society to observe highest ethical standards in order to retain the trust of the community and the confidence of those they connect with

Integrity, Transparency: All members to model respect, non-bias, trustworthiness and integrity at all times that earns continuously high regard for their community, constituents, staff, volunteers, collaborators, government and beyond. Any activity that would be in conflict of interest relating to your membership should be reported and addressed with immediate effect.

Selflessness: At all times, no decision that violates the ethos to be made in order to gain financial or other material benefits for themselves in the name of WiREnet.World for their families or their friends.

Equity: At all times the members should strive to create an equitable environment in which all members, constituents, staff and volunteers feel valued, respected, heard, safe and supported.

Diversity: To celebrate, respect, and include all women professionals in real estate and build industry across cultures , communities and beliefs.

Accountability: members are accountable for their ethical conduct, decisions and actions during their engagement with the wider community of WiREnet.World

Sustainability: To be environmentally responsible, to spend wisely the resources invested in the community and to extend learning opportunities/ visibility to other members of the community as possible

Leadership: Members should adhere to the ethical conduct guidelines and lead by example.
